Job Responsibilities:

1. Deal with the issues or problems found in production line and come up with improvement suggestions；

2. Communicate with related departments to solve issues or problems；

3. Provide preventive actions based on the issues or problems found in production line；

4. Check and verify if the production perform to process SOP；

Job requirements:

1. Has a diploma of junior college or equivalent or above；

2. Has related vocational training or education；

3. Be familiar with mechanical machining, assembling process and has more than one year’s related experience；

4. Has strong sense of machining cost；

5. Has strong sense of quality；

6. Can complete the design of process fixture independently.

Major Responsibilities：Contribute to product specific Material Savings goals. Work with suppliers, procurement managers, engineering teams, site leadership and factory teams to develop sources that meet both ramp, cost and lead time goals, support inventory goals and scale capacity. 

1. Identify new and/or alternate sources of supply to support business objectives； 

2.Manage suppliers to improve pricing, delivery, quality, and design. Develop and help suppliers meet cost, delivery, and quality requirements；

3.Review and plan cost reduction and cost avoidance strategies.Conduct the Request-For-Quotation （RFQ） process, perform cost breakdowns and Total Cost of Ownership （TCO） analysis；

4. Monitor commodity market trends； effectively reflect market dynamic in terms of supply, cost, etc； 

5. On an as needed basis, conduct product sample inspection to ensure quality and assist in supplier approval audits； Address product quality issues as they arise and facilitate corrective action process （if necessary）； 

6.Adheres to all quality and safety standards, support other projects and duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

1.Do not require any Sourcing or Procurement experience. But do require great data analysis ability. Must understand Excel formula and functions；

2.Project management experience: Strong project management skills including the ability to work on multiple large-scale projects concurrently through the sourcing and contracting process；

3.Major in an engineering discipline （Mechanical, Electrical, Plastic and Industrial Engineering preferred） with over 6 years of work experience in a professional setting；

4.ERP & SolidWorks, AutoCAD software experience preferred；

5.asic understanding of various production processes, or expert of one of below, metal forming / fabrication, plastic injection / molding, PCBA, packaging solution；

6.IE or/and LEAN manufacturing experiences preferred.

Position Description

1.To design fitness or medical equipment to meet customer requirement.

2. To make full drawings of whole equipment. To audit drawings. To approve first article.

3. To assist the manager assigning project rescources. To coodinate with vendors and other department to meet project schedule.

4. To work with standardization specialist to standardize parts and assemblies.

5. To assist BOM specialist to make the BOM tables and to quote.

Qualifications

1. Experienced fitness or medical equipment design and full project management. Be familiar with the functions, processes and safety standards on all kinds of fitness or medical equipment.

2. Mastered AutoCAD, Solidworks and Office softwares. Have basic English skills.

3. Can communicate effectively and work actively with positive attitude.
